利用規約の話も上がっています。まぁプレビュー版ですから。
新機能をAzureポータルから操作できるなど ポータル 自体のプレビュー要素が強いです。
興味があれば確認してみるのも良いと思います。知らない機能が追加されるなどいち早く情報を取得できるメリットもあるかもしれません。
